this is the only problem with Singles imo. As much as I want to hear some new Deftones material, I also wouldn't mind if they just skipped releasing singles and released the full album as one big new package. But I guess an artist/band not releasing at least one single is weird haha

Yeah I don't like to know half the album due to singles. I want to be amazed as a whole.. But then again I can't help myself and just overplay the singles instead..

So generally, a rather mellow track, but with nice riffs and rhythms. Hope the production lives up to the Terry Date quality

bright, major sounding song, not a lot of low end from Stef but he's riffing a lot, Chino sounds great, Abe kills it as always. Leak is kind of muddy so it's hard to tell a lot about production, but it sounds promising, and more in line with KNY than Gore, which I'm sure a lot of people will be happy about.

Song is upbeat, but also very lush and dark-ish sounding. Riffs a lot, Abe's also great and Chino's melodies are nice. That chorus is catchy af.

Ok, so Apple has a 30-second preview of the new single. It's not the leaked track that I have.



It's 'Urantia'.



Between the sound of these two songs, it's very much in line with KNY. And that has me very, very happy.



Production sounds massive on the Apple quality preview. So stoked!

Coolest music news of the entire year. So stoked to finally hear the boys again



Though I must say, listened to Ohms and wasn't too impressed on my first spin. It's a nice song, but not really worthy of being a single imo. Hopefully it grows on me more.
