Album Rating: 5.0
Marston on the new album "It’s more of a death metal record than the last two that Kevin and I worked on, than ‘Pleiades’ Dust‘ and ‘Colored Sands‘. It’s more ripping, there’s more fast blasting. I guess ‘Colored Sands‘ had fast blasting too, but it was more in an atmospheric direction. And this new album has just more of the feeling of ‘From Wisdom To Hate‘ or something, where it just feels more death metal.”
This is already my most hyped death metal record since Colored Sands. While I do think Pleiades Dust was the peak of their sound, it will be interesting to see how they change things up.
