Idk man I tried several times and it just doesn't leave any marks. It's not bad of course, but the potential it had leaves me disappointed every time I hear it.

It's really good, but inconsistent because some tracks are standouts, while others are skip material to me. Also the production was about as good as on Gore...

Havent checked into the others too much more than a listen or two, but I think this is my favorite 'tones. Tempest is best.

Palms was a pretty good combination of the most boring elements of Deftones & Team Sleep so if you're into that kind of thing well you're in for quite a treat!

Well. I guess I’m into that sort of thing. But you guys are nuts if you don’t like Future Warrior, Patagonia, Mission Sunset and Antarctic Handshake. The other two tracks are admittedly pretty meh and are the only reason I rate that album a 4.5 rather than a 5.

Had the pleasure of seeing them open up for System of a Down at the Hollywood Bowl and they played the entire album as the sun set on the hills. Truly epic.

Crosses are just as good.

And any fans of Team Sleep — if you’re haven’t listened to The Woodstock Sessions (I seem to be the only one who has heard it when I mention it), get the fuck on it. Excellent stuff and a nice “peace offering” considering Team Sleep’s inactiveness. It is legit one of Chino’s best vocal performances.

To be honest the latter two are kinda boring and are typically the songs i skip from this record, i really love Shortwave Radio though

"What Happened To You?" might be tied with "Riverie" for second best closer, Annnnnd I'm also bumping this to a 5. One of the absolute best rock albums of the 2010s.

I used to think it was underwhelming following Rosemary and Goon Squad, but the track has really grown on me.

Pink Maggit is their best closer imo — then Fireal, then Rivière, then either WHTY or Rubicon.

Same here. It took everything that was great about Diamond Eyes and dialed it to 11.
