I prefer everything they've done since The Bends to it, and obviously PH. As much as I really like The Bends, some of the tracks are just ok, and what they did afterwards is just more interesting and compelling to me and mainly defines the band.

A lot of the aggressive tracks on The Bends are just fucking cringy too.

Yes, that's it. For the most part, The Bends is a relict of yesteryear, with two or three exceptions that are among the all-time greatest rock songs, which is what ultimately saves it (and boy, those songs are amazing).
Far from this one's quality, if you ask me.
