the outsider and weak & powerless are great. The rest of this album is kinda boring to me

Thirteenth Step is more subdued than their other albums but it's still really good. I definitely prefer Mer de Noms overall but The Noose, A Stranger, and The Outsider are some of my favorite APC songs.
