Most mornings i'll eat like half a tub of greek yogurt and an apple or like 5 or 6 scrambled eggs with some kinda fruit or grain and ill still be hungry in 3 hours
Tbh I average my daily calorie intake somewhere between 2500-2700 a day

Made a stew yesterday with some deer meat my sisters husband gave me, some sweet taters, corn, celery, carrots, a lil onion, some rice and ofc heavy seasoning and it's p tasty but sweet lord is deer a lean meat, certainly more well suited for braising or at least like a chili tbh

It's p good but I wish I had more rice left to really thicken it up, tbh I was just trying to finish the last handful that was left in the box. The herbs n spices used were better than bouillon beef stock paste (yeah I know I gotta make my own stock, gotta remember to save animal bones when I can), italian flat leaf parsley, celery leaves (90 percent celery flavor concentrate lol always use it for soups!!), heavy salt, black and white pepper but ez for sure on white pepper since its musty and smells like ammonia, dill, celery seed, caraway, sage, rosemary, paprika and a lil basil for a fresh kick. Tbh might grow a little herb garden over the summer, i'd love to have fresh rosemary and fennel on hand since I use them frequently.

Lol yeah I get that, I force fed the HELL outta myself for Thanskgiving. Pumped up 5 pounds and p much lost it again in two days, wanna get up to 180 but buying that much food gets expensive.
Fast metabolism is mostly wonderful but the food cost is a drawback.

I make a French omelette every morning, except if I’m going straight to the gym, in which case it’s protein oats with cinnamon and banana.

I slow cooked some beef spare ribs in a char siu style sauce with orange and chilli the other day though and that’s been my meal prep for the week. Serve that shit up with stir fried noodles and blanched veg. Delightful!
