Palo Santo chorus is the only thing I remember not liking at all on here
This whole thing is addictive as hell though. I def get ALLB vibes too

Not sure if I'm just sputhyped, but this slaps so hard.
Probably going into my Top10 this year.

This whole album just feels so incredibly passionate. Like the band gave it everything they had and left it all out on the table. Wonderful record. Might have to 5 it down the road.

agreed, I'm optimistic that this has enough staying power to become a genre staple down the line. it's just such a great and distinctive expression of what these guys have to offer

As someone who's favorite screamo record of all time is Resonate/Desperate and didn't really enjoy Clairvoyant to the same extent, this is immediately better and clearly their magnum opus. Didn't foresee anything dethroning Crippling Alcoholism's LP for my AOTY but this had it in the bag by Wind Song. The last two tracks almost feel like a victory lap. I totally feel the Underoath comparisons, felt like Define the Great Line vibes all over this, especially in the sequencing.

I really gotta listen to this again with underoath in mind, I mostly heard like… orchid and sed non satiata with some of the modern screamo groups’ bag of tricks, but this album sounds like wholly their own

This is good but I am not sure if I understand the hype quite yet. Some of the instrumental work is amazing (eg, the beautiful solo in Nazar) but man, these vocals drag it down for me. It is too screechy. I think the new Respire beats this in the new skramz releases. I can see this growing on me though.

You have to enjoy how 1) this heir apparent skramz Sputcore band releases an epic behemoth of a song called “No Gospel”… and 2) it’s arguably the best thing here, lol
only “arguably” because I need more time with this to ascertain legitimacy. There’s a lot else to unpack here and most of it is at worst decent - the closer eludes me slightly thus far

Closer could be a grower for sure. But yeah this is everything I love about screamo. Insane vox, nice post(ish) influence and insanely chaotic bits as well. This is the culmination of everything they've done to this point.

was pretty indifferent toward this up until Transfiguration hit. Was never a big fan of this this bands sound though so I’m not surprising that this didn’t hit me that hard. Still really good tho, I will continue to jam.

"but man, these vocals drag it down for me. It is too screechy. " I think we all got used to the new Knocked Loose vocals so this didn't even make me bat an eye in the shriekiness department
