Yeah Someone Else's Dream is probably the closest of any song here to unseating Something Relative. The way his voice intertwines with his wife's backing vocals, especially as the music surges in the second half, might be my favorite moment in the entire record.

Also, and this is certainly premature, but I wonder what his next album will sound like?

It's top 4 without argument, top 3 IMO, and I wouldn't argue anyone putting it at 2 or 1 either

The outro is heavenly

I can’t believe how small his fanbase is, he literally has about 1.5k followers on Facebook. Where’s the justice?

Fingers crossed, with covid obliterating live music, he’s working on a new record right now! Did he produce this himself, does anyone know?

Somewhat sure that it was just him and his wife

this can get a little same-y for me and as such i don't have a ton of tracks i think are absolute knockouts (though i agree with the possible consensus that 'something relative' is tops), but man, it is wildly consistent and everything from tracks 1 through 4 is ace for me

I know, it's sad. Feels like most of his fanbase is here on Sputnik.

As much as it admittedly sucks for the artist, I always liked when their main audience is here. It sort of makes them a "sputcore" product.

This is my AOTY. It just feels right at #1.

The man's show in London was literally scheduled for a pub. Sucks he's so unknown but hoping for one hell of an intimate gig if it ever happens

Yeah I was going to see him in a pub up in Manchester before covid ruined it.

I like this a lot more the second time around. That “o holy night” interpolation was made for me.

I love that too. It fits so well with the rest of Strawberry Lite that the first time I heard it I didn't even question that it was a different tune

I just dm'd him on insta to tell him a bunch of people here love his album and a staff member called it album of the year lol. Maybe that'll mean something to him. He only has 2.8k followers! criminal
