Hang on — they’re releasing an entirely new album?

Didn’t see this coming.

“The band's label, Polyvinyl, described LP4 as "unflinchingly heavy", noting "suicide, shame, divorce, addiction, self-loathing and rebirth all surface, often within the same song." Holmes said "If you read the lyrics on the page, they can seem grim, but there’s hope in them.”

Ahhhh, so up my alley lol

Really loved Bad Moons. New track No Feeling is interesting, but not on the same level. I'm really hyped for this new album.

Seems like they're leaning even more into post-rock this time, I'm into it

Yeah I’m really loving Bad Moons as well, not so much the other song. Not bad, just not grabbing me so far.

damn had somewhat high hopes for this one. there are a few great songs but most of it is just generically pretty indie. it's pretty good in the moment but it won't stick with me. way less emo. very sleepy, like a slightly more expansive owen album. just didn't hit me. but a massive improvement over lp2 which i do not like at all.

silhouettes is very good, uncomfortably numb is a pleasant tune and i love life support the most actually. that one feels by far the most like lp1. haunting rumbly emo chords and wonderful melodies.

Haven’t listened to this in years front to back, but I remember it being my favorite of the three by a smidge. But really need another (more current) listen to say that definitively.
