Honestly, no. Out of all the modern day muse records, this has the most fitting average. Drones and T2L should be higher though, especially the latter should have had at least a 3 avg

Drones definitely deserves a higher score but T2L is their worst album imo. It deserves what it got.
This is at least a 3 though. Not great, but definitely some solid tracks.

Muse were alright in the 2000s. These days they range from boring at best to embarrassing at worst.
A djent album would be hilarious but that was never actually a mainstream sound so that won't happen. Meshuggah got a couple of albums to number 17 which was pretty successful for a band that extreme but not to the extent that mainstream rock bands like Muse would try to copy them. Muse covering Bleed would be a good laugh though for sure.
