Funny how you experienced a double post at the exact same time I did when I commented on a Shiina Ringo album

Hope that new single has good production and reignites my faith in Diru

Same, man. Same... although for me it would be to reignite the faith I have left after TIW.

Believe me, I have a glimmering hope of my faith in DEG reigniting if the single delivers...but I'm not holding my breath.

This also pretty much confirms that Dir has given up on the US and that the chances of seeing them again there are very low.

Curious, but I'm far more interested in what the new Sukekiyo will be like.

Yeah, I think I need to move on to Sukekiyo cause from what little I've heard, it's far more interesting than DEG right now...I really need to give time to listen to the project cause my headspace is all over different stuff musically. Thanks for reminding me, Calc.

No probs, I firmly believe Adoratio and Persuasio (partly Mutans as well) are as good as the greatest moments in Dir's career so they deserve attention.

2 out of 3 of the new sukekiyo songs honestly sound like they could be on this album . They are really alt-metal influenced.

I see DEG are doing another European tour. I'm quite surprised considering they only did one last year.

I'm glad they kept their promise, they said they would be back in London and here they are.

I hope everyone that goes has a great time, however, I am not attending.

Will probably never happen now, they fired their whole NA team.
