He means the best of the best and the worst of the worst are all on one disc (Jupiter) while the other (Mars) doesn't have strong songs compared to (Jupiter), but doesn't have bad songs like the other (again, Jupiter).

you' re crazy!!! this album is awful compared to the other! it's not a rock album, is a pop album!!! but there are some good songs: c'mon girl, warloks, readymade. a lot of songs are boring...
