Love literally every lyric in that song.

Yeah. Float has great lyrics too, but outside of that Kenny's lyrics do absolutely nothing for me.

No love for the lyrics of Simple Boy or Illumine? Haha love those.

I don't really have any idea what those songs are about, if I did I might appreciate them more. There are some moments in there that are like "woah that's a cool lyric" (e.g the "servant to the sun, we are beings, we become as one") but nothing that strikes me as meaningful.

To me, illumine strikes me as a sarcastic yet respectful anti religion song. And Simple Boy to me seems like it's about a very sheltered and tormented soul who is fighting over staying and wanting to get away from his shelter. Lots of my favorite songs I have no idea what they are about but I still love them nonetheless. Maybe that's what I love about them the most actually.

Alpha Omega is splendid.

Interesting perspectives there Mongi, but I seriously doubt how coherent a subject Kenny had in mind while writing, well, any song. He strikes as a little bit... well, random sometimes.

That's far from a bad thing though. Poetic nonsense is cool and interesting imo. Though I wouldn't consider Ian's lyrics poetic nonsense because they're definitely about something, it's still pretty cool if done right aka Rishloo.

I can appreciate that but I just like lyrics to have a distinguishable meaning, even it's one you have to draw from it yourself. Nonsense, in the end, is nonsense.
