When I saw that this was post black metal, I was expecting something significantly different from what I got. I thought it was going to play more to the modern tendencies that post metal has been following that's been getting further from its roots, but this is like a mix of first wave post metal and the more newly typical post black. There's a ton of sludge and electronic influence, and a lot of it reminds me of Neurosis, so it gets some definite brownie points for that on my scale.
