Tool and Thrice? How did that come up here?
Tool is alright. I have to be in a certain mood to listen to them, and it doesn't happen often. Lateralus has some good stuff on it. I'd rather listen to the majority of Thrice's stuff before I would get a tick to listen to Tool, tho.

Vheissu is great but it showed them straying away from the guitarwork that made them interesting at the start and some of the choruses in it are kinda bad. I certainly liked it more as a teen than I do now. Red Sky wouldnt be that out of place on the radio.

Vheissu has no bad choruses but is so such a different album that I wouldn't throw to firmly in that pile...that said, top 3 Thrice right there

Idk Image of the Invisible and Red Sky dont really hold up too well over the years.

Red Sky is top 15 Thrice material, untouchable chorus and incredible follow-thru to that coda. Image of the Invisible...hmm, maybe. Guess that one rests the most on nostalgia.
