Actually, there's a good chance that Weezy could do a good job of beating 2Pac in a freestyle since most of Weezy's stuff is off the dome. Yeahyeahyeah there's that one Tim Westwood video of him TOTALLY fucking up a freestyle but he was also high out of his mind on weed and sizzurp.
