I don't care what anyone says, Chuck and Does this Look Infected are good albums. Good review, Jared, I won't be listening to this.
So true.

Like their previous 2 LPs, Sum 41's 'Screaming Bloody Murder' sounds too familiar for its own good, but still delivers a batch of fun tunes with the Canadian trio's trademark catchy choruses. Green Day, MCR & even some Muse-like theatricality is evident on this album, which sees lead vocalist Deryck Whibley produce & also play all guitars. It's a real mixed bag & far from cohesive, since it's too ambitious in its frustrating attempt at variety. Maybe it's worst problem however is that at 49 minutes it is simply too long. And yet, it's still so difficult not to sing along to. Recommended Tracks: Screaming Bloody Murder, Jessica Kill & Blood In My Eyes.
