2/5 for liking one song? I'd say that's fair. I'm in the same boat with Blackout but I recognize the the band took a chance with all this experimentation so I feel that deserves some respect.

I don't think not liking a single song on an album has to translate to a 1. Liking every song doesn't mean it's a 5.

I agree with your first sentence Ties, 100%. But I do feel because you are giving a perfect score to an album (5/5) it should actually have no bad tunes on it.

What I mean is you can enjoy every song on an album and it could still just be a 4.

I can't see it that way; a 4 for me means 80-90% of the songs I could listen to repeatedly, or that I could listen to 100% of the songs but the love would not last very long, if that makes ANY sense...

Everybody has their own tastes, but this doesn't attribute any "innovations" to rock music, the word ROCK is virtually non existent with this release... fans need to stop kissing their asses cause this release is not made for us the original ones, this was made for their own pleasure in my opinion...
