Depends what you like. If you're a fan of either Kate Bush, Florence + The Machine or Tori Amos then you should definitely get this ASAP. If not then I'd suggest checking out a few choice tracks (you wouldn't go far wrong with Hollywood, Obsessions and Hermit) and working from there.

I'd call this poppier & more accessible that Bush/Amos/Florence, but yeah; it's bloody good.

I'd call this amazing but not as good as Bush, probably on a par with most of Amos and Florence.
Also I'd take Marina over any of them.

I think 'Lungs' is a better overall album than this, but only just.

Lungs has probably as many high points and the same number of low points, however for me the low points on Lungs (Kiss With A Fist and Blinding) are considerably worse than the low points here (Rootless and Shampain).
140+ last.fm scrobbles this week plus the listens in my car, damn.

My favorite track is Obsessions followed by Mowgli, Hermit and Guilty in no particular order. Also I hear she was good at Reading/Leeds so yeah I'm sure she'll be fine.
