I just picked this up and I have to say thats its good, buuut to short. If the songs were longer it would be absolutely epic, but all in all I really am enjoying this. (and I would put it below Colors just because of the length)

Anyone else wish some of the solo's were longer? It doesn't really hurt the album for me, but I love me a good solo. Just so happens most solos in metal end up as little more than meandering filler; all the solos here are truly awesome and I haven't figured out if it's because of their short lengths, or in spite of them.

no, it's because a lot of times they're just boring. I feel a lot of solos in metal are just boring textbook solos that follow the exact same scale every time. Some of the best solos i've ever heard come from 80s thrash metal bands, that's where the solo action is at
