I wouldn't mind them playing other stuff but if it's gonna be their only show where they don't play this in full I'm gonna be salty

Hardcore kids are a danger to themselves and others.
Spin kicks are for straight edge hardcore bands.

Show was great, they played most stuff from this so can't complain. It was like 50% this and 50% The Coming of Chaos so it was a nice mixture. Only songs I wish they played was Cries from a restless soul and Beyond all Horizons but other than that it was an epic show. The vocalist is quite the showman too lol. And their live sound was surprisingly good for a black metal band as well

Lmao i remember when I saw Mayhem live
And tbf it was the first -extreme- show I'd been to so ngl it was transcendental but man oh man were the drums WAY fucking louder than anything else, seems the BM acts I've seen really like that heavy drum prevalence ngl

"The vocalist is quite the showman too lol"
I saw them in a small venue in Atlanta a year-ish ago and in between pretty much every song he was visibly going to the green room to chug a beer lol

Lol Dedes I remember Mayhem too and they were so insanely loud. Like a lot of metal live shows, the bass was way too overpowering and drowned out everything else. I can't even tell if it's that difficult to nail a good live sound or if the band just prefer it that way.
@Eak Haha it was similar this time too, but he was always on stage. He went to grab some drink, which I assume was wine, and just poured it all over his upper bare body, twice. Idk if it was supposed to represent a ritual or something but it was entertaining.

It's the bassist's revenge for being barely audible on the album lol

Fuck covid man. Yeah it was awesome. Only complaint is that the show was kinda short and that they didn't play this album in full (like they did pretty much everywhere else). I never expected to ever see this band live so gotta be grateful for that
