Wretch and Goddess Gagged are my favorites here. Head and shoulders above Blindfolds Aside, which was my favorite from Kezia.

Meh, your opinion. I didn't care for Kezia a whole lot. It had it's moments. For me, Blindfolds Aside was one of them.

No Stars over Bethlehem is pretty cool. Divinity Within and Bury the Hatchet have their moments, but I don't find them to be very well crafted as a whole. Heretics and Killers and Nautical are my least favorite on the cd.
Basically Blindfolds was the first song that I enjoyed and could appreciate as an entire song, it might be the only one except for maybe The Divine Suicide of K.
The songwriting on this album is what makes it more enjoyable for me. That and the ridiculous improvement of the band as a whole, especially Rody. This Message Edited On 01.28.08

yeah I fixed the lyrics in my review a bit. Arif probably didnt' proof read it.
Maybe only the Canadian is a digipack? Or did you order it from UO?

Well I'll see what I end up with tomorrow. Who am I kidding, of course you didnt get it from UO. People who ordered from them probably wont get it for another month.

Quoted by an idiotic me:
Allright so this is what happened. I've been planning on getting this the day it comes out ever since I heard about it. I even called the local music retail store and I'm having the guy call me when they get their one and only copy in so I can snag it. But, upon an unplanned trip to that store today, I threw down $100 for six albums, which was a lil more spending than I anticipated. To everyone that has heard this already, is it worth spending the extra money even if I shouldn't?
Screw it. Of course I'm getting it. That phone payment can wait.

People tossing up ratings so soon, whether you've had the leak (which gives you one extra week) or not, should probably stop posting. It's a grower. Most albums don't settle on a rating after one day (or even one week).
It's cool what guy above me said though, that it might go up (or down), but seeing people be like IT'S A 4.5 LOL ITS A 4 is a little irritating. This Message Edited On 01.29.08

I still like Kezia better, but I haven't listened to this anywhere near the same amount.

I don't know how everyone else feels, but I found this to be much more enjoyable than Kezia right away. As time passes, it just furthers the gap. The songwriting is just so much better. I was extremely surprised by this, and I can't stess it enough.
