yeah this and angel dust are faith's masterpieces

don't understand the love for TRT besides a few standout tracks it sounds extremely dated to the early 90s late 80s where everything was neon colors and sonic the hedgehog. TRT is fun but the whole thing is a little more than I can stomach.

The War Pigs cover alone makes it essential listening.

TRT and Angel Dust rock the socks clean off. The socks stay firmly on with this effort

I'm with Laughinman. As great as The Real Thing is, it's firmly rooted in goofy 90s pop. FNM found themselves on Angel Dust and in extension this album.

The only song that feels slightly dated on TRT is "Epic", the rest of the album is a fucking animal.

I'm not arguing with that zak, but it's still goofy.

Is there a cooler thing than Patton in the Evidence vid? I think not.

Best FNM for me, far more replay value and so much easier to grasp than their other records.

That's not to say the other albums with Patton don't rule, cos they do.

the problem with this album is that it covers many styles overall but rarely in a single song. The individual pieces are far less adventurous mood- and genre-wise than those on The Real Thing or (especially) Angel Dust.
