I wonder what percentage of people that bought the album (and therefore caused it to sell out) had actually heard it before ordering? Very few I imagine. It's quite possible that many people pre-ordered, received their copy AND THEN happened to be disappointed with the result. A lot of the pre-release hype was born from the 13 year wait, the fanboys were unreasonably hungry.
