People who say all Meshuggah songs sound the same or “they played that one groove the whole album” type of thing always makes me laugh now. Cause I used to be one of those people lol

For me it's generally a "don't think too much and enjoy the onslaught" type of band. Complexity aside, I'm never able to clearly remember any of their instrumental passages other than parts of Bleed, obZen and Ligature Marks.
