I stopped doing power cleans since the last time I tore my back, but I'm looking to get on that again in the near future.

I don't do any barbell exercises. No spotter, can do everything at home, injury free... idk man I'm 6'4" 240 and lean so I'm not missing them at all.

ehh I’ve been practicing proper form for the longest time but yea I know where I put my limits in terms of going over 300lb with certain exercises

Recently took a 1.5 year break from lifting cause I moved, then when I could lift again I got herniated discs and had to get surgery lol. I'm gonna miss deadlifts and standing ohp

Idk wtf happened since it's weird I'd get it after 1.5 years of no lifting, but I do wonder if my lack of weekly isolated core exercises messed with me. I also have a desk job which doesn't help

I'd rec Stuart McGill's "Back Mechanic" book to anyone who's conscious of back health. Lots of good info there

Been getting in 4 upper body days and 2 lower every week since quarantine began.

Best physique I've ever had.

Cardio still shit.

SO is the best Bizkit album & I still pretty much like it all the way through, tbh

"Yeah thats all i remember hearing. Theres definitely two guitars in that song."

I remember that quote, too. He said the song made him feel like Buffalo Bill haha.

It's hilarious to me that Carpenter thought "Hearts/Wires" was too edgy and dark at first.

"Feticiera"? "Rocket Skates"? "Digital Bath"? All g-rated compared to "Hearts/Wires" lmao

Yeah I still think this album has quite a few really good songs... but it also has more tracks that I couldn’t care less about than any other Deftones album.

^ Sums up how I feel as well. Like half the tracks here are 8/10 but there are some serious stinkers especially in the middle.

I really hate Pittura - but then again there is a track on nearly every deftones record I just can not cope with. Still hate Street Carp even tho White Pony is a hard 5
