Track was dece. Had some great lines, some...not so great lines, and I appreciate all the switch-ups in the track. Can't imagine how he'll top this (TPAB, not the track), but Im excited to see what he comes through with.

Beat goes pretty hard, lyricism is spotty but never glaringly bad IMO.

no way that's on the album. it really felt like he was holding back somewhat. it's pretty good, but he's capable of a lot more which i'm sure we'll hear when the album drops

New song is greattt, but I agree that it might just a lead-up-to-the-album-announcement single.

what is with most every rapper's obsession with being "the greatest/best/most successful rapper alive"? that is something i've never understood with hip hop- just focus on making sure your music is good and forget everyone else man.
|

nate dude I missed you!
on the other hand
if every rapper is 'the best' than that means that they're better than the rapper before them and if they're better than the rappers before them than that just means hip hop is getting better, therefore every rapper has to be 'the best' to make hip hop betta : )

I am going to write a song called, 'I Am Not the Greatest Rapper Alive'
And just when you think that's the end of the joke, it'll be an indie song!
Oh man I am so clever and witty

Awh thanks Alch bro! And while I get that, I still feel the constant competition degrades the work rather than improves it. Like if rappers focused less on beefs and dissing each other and focused more on their craft, they'd do better as lyricists.
