i have no desire to come back to this record regardless of how good a handful of these songs are.....and i'm disappointed with that.....really liked it when it was released

Atleast this album got quality songs like Full stop and Daydreaming. On hardwired I still can't remember much.

Present Tense is the best song on here

I listened to this in full for the first time in months on a road trip for Thanksgiving and I gotta say, I thought I liked more of the songs. Don't care for Desert Island Disk, Identikit, The Numbers or Tinker Tailor, pretty boring imo. I still don't like that Burn the Witch is even on this because it just doesn't fit, though I do like the song.

However, the rest of the songs are all fantastic; Daydreaming is a masterpiece.

I dunno if it's a masterpiece... it's a good song but it's just some in rainbows disc 2 lite shit

This is essentially the "With Teeth" of Radiohead albums in every way possible. On the bright side hopefully that means their next album will be their "Year Zero". Hopefully an album with some actual new fucking songs.

That's actually probably a fair description, but it just hits me in all the right spots.

Present Tense, Daydreaming, Decks Dark, True Love Waits, and Ful Stop are among the band's best songs. Island, Glass Eyes, and The Numbers are fantastic too, and the other three are also very good. Can't decide between this and Skeleton Tree for AOTY

Nah it is just as disjointed and inconsistent in every way. Perhaps even less cohesive. And they are both essentially collections of singles instead of real albums except that this one is twice as lazily track listed

Decks dark is literally the only one of those worth talking about in a "best radiohead songs" discussion.

Also true love waits is probably the most overrated thing theyve ever released

This probably sounds like making excuses for the band, but I like to think that they made the track listing alphabetical for fans to make their own ordering, like Sowing's, which makes more sense. With that track listing, and including the two bonus tracks and Harry Patch, makes this perfect imo.
