I was pretty disappointed in this when it came out, but Potsy convinced me to listen to it again. It has some good stuff, but I still have complaints. Better than I remembered though and will probably be giving it more listens.

I think they just really threw a lot of people with the chillness of this one. it's still got that Radiohead presence tho, plenty of layers to scour through. Tho I will say I'm not big on Give Up the Ghost, especially coming after the already so subdued Codex

it's nice, but it's just so tired sounding. It really might be the way it's placed in the album that's making me say that tho. If there was just one more upbeat number like Magpie or Little beforehand I think I might be more open to it
