I still prefer Mer de Noms and Eat The Elephant overall, but Thirteenth Step has grown on me a lot since I first listened to it. The Noose is fucking incredible. And The Outsider is probably my favorite single from APC.

Blue and Weak and Powerless popped so hard at the beginning while the rest of the album was working its way under my skin. Utterly glorious, if there was any album I could wipe from my memory, Eternal sunshine style, just to hear it for the first ten times again, this would be it.
