My second point was less about Klaus Schulze specifically and more to the effect of what Demon said viz. the incorporation of some discrete (usually decidedly 'non-metal') influence without much consideration for the final product. It is my fault for not being terribly clear in that regard.

The original comment had Pink Floyd instead of Klaus Schulze but I thought that was too obvious and wanted to seem edgier.

B.I. literally name-checks Schulze as a major infuence in their 'What's in My Bag' episode on YouTube.

They're not shy about it. Think it all works together very well, personally.

Get your 1s (or at a push, 1.5s) in boys,

it's jump-off time!

Time to find a black metal band that fuse br00tality with Enya samples.

I mean there's Exhaust, Inorganic Rites, Umbilical, Spargamos, Voidkind and Illion. This sits on top of all of them.
