44 songs is insane. I'm not entirely sure why she doesn't just cut her setlist in half for preservation reasons. Yknow to save herself since she is human after all. Leave her alone sure but God damn. Even Nine Inch Nails' "final show" before that 2009 hiatus was shorter.

Fair enough but still holy crap I couldn't imagine going out there with a setlist longer than like. 15 at best. Gotta leave time for an opening act but even without that, 15 is usually over an hour which is a good place to end it imo

You can be sarcastic all you want, Venin. But you say you’ve had a hard history of being dehumanised and treated poorly by people who want to force you into a particular box, so it seems hypocritical to be so easily and harshly assumptive of others in the same way you lament others having treated you. There's no sarcasm in that comment. I mean if she's supposedly lip-syncing and holding back, perhaps the excessive length of the set isn't helping.

44 songs, if we assume 4 minutes per song with no breaks is around a 3 hour set. Possibly much longer if certain songs cross the 10 minute mark which some Taylor songs do. That doesn't really help if she's attempting to preserve her energy and give her fans the best show they can get. That's a length that should be for big special shows, I couldn't imagine doing that NIGHT AFTER NIGHT + jet-lag of touring from state to state.

I understand why that's supposedly happening, and I feel like the solution to it is to retool the tour so she doesn't have to be singing constantly for 3 hours. That comment wasn't sarcastic, I genuinely feel like she shouldn't have to spread herself so thin every night.
