"So if the song doesn't have growls or harsh parts sucks, huh? I think you're objectively wrong :D"
Nah, again aside from Mombasa - even their additions of harsh vocals on a few of the tracks suck hard too. Shiv and Kerry's guitar playing is the best thing about this album, and unfortunately the production lets them and everyone in the band aside from George down. Too bad George can't sing.

Gotcha, a shame you can't enjoy this as I do tbh, I think he can sing just fine for the style , still don't know what kind of voice you guys want for Shoegaze when the style itself is not known for incredible voices. I think he fits perfectly. The drums are really nice too not only the guitars and the production doesn't bother me at all.

The end of Lament for Wasps is proof that George can sing.

for real, even MBV's vocals are ok at best, im still undecided on how to rate this.

"Now drop your Nightbringer ego and realise that"
I'm going to need a 3-step process for this.

Exactly, Rachel and Neil from Slowdive do a really good work in the voice department but they are not some kind of super duper voices like , I dont know, Tate from Queensryche? Or smth like that, I really think George voice fits here perfectly.

Still think GMOO is one of the best songs on this. It’s something about the buildup to the end that’s make me keep coming back to it.

Great Mass is top 3 on here easily, right next to Villain and Mombasa.

There are some parts of this that I really like, but they're sandwiched in between long stretches of boring. Still on the fence though, could grow. Need to get more familiar with the second half

This band's music used to be so engaging for me and now I just forget I'm listening to this when it's on.

ok sold, this is a great album but i guess my only criticism is that i always hate how their solos sound, in Mombasa it sounds to me like they should be playing it an octave higher or something cause it sounds bit neutered imo, this goes for all of their discog tho (see the ending part of From the Kettle and Onto the Coil) so i guess its par of the course by now but still yeah i hate that.

Someone take a picture of Fantano's review, it will become one of his most hated videos in this year.
