oh it's not random, it's every day here. it's been 6 weeks of back pain for me from waking up to going to bed. looked it up and apparently i should have gotten checked after week 4 ended.

I'm also 31 now, turning 32 in August though lol

Mine is fairly consistent every day, the randomness is just which part decides to hurt today.

Back pain post 30 is so damn real. The year I turned 30 I did something to my back and was stuck in bed for weeks. Took me months to fully recover. I turn 33 this month - looking forward to whatever new ailments my body decides to throw up.
