got me the 2011 reissue, a bit bummed it's not a gatefold like the others, but it feels good to finally own a copy, or at the least, a legit Flips album and not something from Record Store Day (considering the only other Lips albums I have are Heady Fwends (The Henry Rollins version), 7 Skies H3, and Peace Sword.)

yeah, it's pricey on Discogs, and it was on back-order for ages on the site that my record store owner frequents for new releases and current reissues. Came out to a solid $30 dollars, a bit much for a double album considering I could've bought The Seer for cheaper, but fuck it, it doesn't matter now.

yeah it's $30 at my place too, I own some early Flips though which all look and sound fantastic. I keep seeing Yoshimi on wax as well, but the mix is too brickwalled for vinyl tbh

I saw the pressings you own, and while it'd be nice to get those since they're dirt cheap, the label who makes them also did the horrendous Mr. Bungle pressings that were the only reissues available before MoV released legit reissues of both California and Disco Volante, and probably in the future, the s/t. So, I'll probably hold out for earlier pressings for the first few albums.
