Unless the rest of the album is loaded with gold, it will be step down from The Mortal Coil for me. I agree that their EPs had elements that they should have kept in play. They've definitely taken a more straightforward route with the LP stuff. Still slays, but their best song is on their first EP and that feelsbadman.
