Shit picks up. Feeling like new album is at its best when it's more like 6 Feet and A New Place To Drown and worst when its like a less inspired OOZ.

never listened to him before but really enjoying man alive. I love moody tracks like Underclass. Album starts off more aggressive/weird/post-punk but then really mellows out. It's interesting

Agreed 6-14 is the stretch. I feel very ambivalent towards 2-5 but Cellular is good

I really thought I’d hate this album because of tracks 2 & 3 but the album is coming together nicely.

You can only truly rate Man Alive! when you listen to it on Valium.

No no I listened to it a couple times already but now I’m familiarizing myself with it which is when I really start making judgement calls. Also my very first comment about the album was that I bailed after 3 songs on my initial listen. But I went right back and gave it a full listen.

Definitely Supermarché and Stoned Again. But like you said since it is in time and sorta dynamic it probably is still I N T E N T I O N A L
