Well Fiction might have a bit more interesting songwriting but the atmosphere and confidence just oozes out of this one. I really like the vibes a lot more on here and Stanne is just knocking it out of the park, where I found his vocals on Fiction among his weakest
Also, Clearing Skies is quintessential late DT and might be in my top 10 DT overall. Fiction does have Nothing to No One though. I mean they're close, but ultimately this is just a more enjoyable listen to me overall

Not too crazy on this album but Neutrality is one of their best post-90s songs. Just so many good classic melodeath riffs and the solo is great too. Makes me picture a dystopian futuristic city like Chuoko City in Fast Racing Neo, if you've ever played that game.

I like this about the same as Fiction tbh. Fiction a tad more for The Mundane and the Magic as that track is the shit. I'm a fan of this band for their 90s stuff as everything they released then is essential melodeath and everything they've released since is good to eh, but nothing all that exciting.
