their middle albums aren't really that bad, either. nowhere near as good, but they never hit the same kind of lows that In Flames did, for example. Stabbing the Drama is actually pretty fun in a mindless, groovy riffs kind of way.

All That Remains is one off the top of my head. they never reached quite the same high, but they were good at one point and their last few albums were just as bad if not worse than the last two by In Flames. thankfully it seems like they might be correcting course with the next one.

The Fall of Ideals says otherwise. Peter Wichers co-produced it which is very evident in the songwriting and melodies. it's really not that far off, stylistically at least, from Soilwork's early stuff.
