It would have been interesting seeing the violin being integrated to the same extent that Phlebotomized did a couple years after this but when everything else here is pretty much impeccable, it's not that important.

My bad, it's there as a deluxe version from 2003 which is why I didn't see it at first. I hate when they tack on live performance tracks at the end of albums, but I'll take that over it not being there at all. I will check out the album presently.

this is fucking pathetic. lindberg sounds worse than chuck on sym. in my sym review i described chuck as sounding like he'd been punched with the wind knocked out of him, but lindberg sounds like someone broke his nose and he's begging for mercy as his assailant considers adding to the bloody pulp running down his shirt. the classical instruments are mediocre and played by amateurs, adding nothing but a 'what the hell are they doing there?' factor
