"Yeah some small annoying parts but every track is worthwhile in at least some capacity."

Sure but I don't think that's enough to save some of the tracks.

Dramamine has to have one of my favorite vocal performances in history, even though i don't really go to Modest Mouse for vocals(as of their first two albums). I love the suppressed anger during the verses.

"Dramamine is unbeatable"

There's better songs on here, and Teeth Like God's Shoeshine is the better opener.

"even though i don't really go to Modest Mouse for vocals"

They definitely are. I don't know what i was thinking with that comment but still Dramamine's vocal performance is impeccable

Yeah Isaac is too good of a vocalist to be pushed on the backburner

i feel more comfortable with this one, but i can't actually decide which one is better

like this one doesn't have trailer trash or teeth like god's shoeshine, lcw doesn't have beach side property or talking shit about a pretty sunset, etc

tbh the highlights on LCW absolutely destroy the highlights on this one.

honestly i just think this one is a bit more of a comforting listen, that's really the only reason i can say i like it more

hard to explain beyond that
