It’s already one of my favorite tracks of theirs but that music video just takes it to another level.

I actually kinda agree with that, but I’m a slut for Bit By a Dead Bee 1… Quietus is their weakest closer (I know you probably don’t agree onion but I digress), Calm Before is literally nothing, and don’t care for Dead Bee 2
But The Medic and Rory are such bangers that it makes up for all of that I think this has tremendous highs but Dealer is overall more consistent imo.
After that they’re my favorite rock band of the last 10 years minimum, maybe all time.

i like dead bee 2 much more than 1 myself but neither are anything crazy. cry baby aside id put quietus ahead of the very sleepy three is a match as well but i have my problems with quietus for sure
dealer has more good songs but its pacing is probably less consistent for me. might j be bc laundered bores me to tears

I think we should all be able to agree that Speak With the Dead is far and away their best closer. I adore Lambert too but Speak With the Dead had me bawling my eyes out the first time I heard it.

i think lambert is better at being a closer but speak with the dead is a better standalone song, although the margin between it and lambert on that front is smaller than that between how well lambert belongs on its respective album. speak with the dead just kind of annoys me because you sit through them just sitting on their hands for a whole album and then at the very end finally do something
