despite the lyrical content, Don't Follow is a very cathartic listen so it's uplifting in that sort of way
e; the musical atmosphere of No Excuses is also very airy and pleasant and makes me feel nice

This is def on a whole other level of depression, I've probably mentioned it already but I need to be in a very specific mood / headspace when I listen to this - but I savor it just for that reason.
Jar of Flies for me is more of a... ruminating type of thing, like there's still a fool's hope at the end of the tunnel, whereas Tripod is crazy bittersweet to the core.
