the reason i think hes laughable is because:
i was driving home from uni one day, listening to the radio, a mackelmore live concert starts playing. MID song, he says "yo yo id like to give a shout out to all my muh fuckin homies locked up and the users and abusers of substances, i was once an abuser and now look at me... im rocking the fucking world, stay strong and you can become anything you want to be"
to me thats just pathetic.... hes rocking the world because what... his song came #1 on the triple j hottest hundred? (which itself is an embarrassment to be apart of)

I mean, he sounds like he was trying to say that anything IS possible. He was once at a very low point
in his life, drugs or what have you, and now he's famous and living life well. Maybe he doesn't
deserve it, but that's how it happened.
He's much more tolerable than most popular hip-hop outfits these days (not saying much but still).
