Their next album has to be pretty different than this. Even though Katatonia are one of my favorite bands, they've been doing this style for 7 albums now. I really dont see what more they can do with it that isnt on these 7 albums. But then again I thought the same after NITND and then this came out which was an improvement.

NITND had some electronic elements. This album has some orchestral moments and a track with female backing vocals. Like I said the experimentation isnt major.
