Like the new song but there's something a little off about it...can't quite put my finger on it. Love the song all the same though.

Soupy's vocals have changed so much since The Upsides.

soupy connects with every single person in the venue, i went with people who "hate" TWY, and every single one of them walked out with merch and a new found love for them.

@andcas was the bassist a total d-bag at your show? i mean i completely understand 100% why he was being one at the sa show, but it was still a little off putting. made me not want to watch the show since he really looked like he didn't want to be there

but him and the band are champs for playing under the conditions they were playing

yah, at my show it was a bunch of little kids jumping into the crowd, which is no problem but they were being assholes about it. some kid knocked the bassist's elbow and it cut his finger bad. he started throwing picks and saying fuck you to all the crowd divers in the middle of songs, but they still kept coming and bumping him. i felt really bad and just wanted to woop everyone's ass. soupy did give a mid show stage diving etiquette lesson that was funny as hell tho. really really wanted to shake that bassists hand for toughing it out the entire show with a fucked up thumb tho

indeed they were. had never heard a loss for words before but their frontman was pretty awesome. most engaging frontman i've seen at a show so far. polar bear club singer is a monster live as well, but soupy's voice live is so much more mature sounding than the cd, it's amazing
