Okay, final verdict on this album after having it for a couple weeks.

This album, at least for me, doesn't have a very large lasting value. It still has incredible songs,
such as Frozen Creek, but I couldn't continue to keep it at a 4.5. Part of this is because I
accidentally put Circa's album Jurturna on. The album was astonishing to me, so astonishing that I
upgraded its 4 value to a 5. I kind of wished now that Circa hadn't changed their roots and went for
this mainstream alternative clique, but back to their Jurturna sound.

People have said it's a lack of experimentation, but I think it's a refinement.

BSN is easily their best album yet, and I really dislike most of the band's other work. Like the other guy said, it's a great album for people who don't like their older stuff. That said I wasn't OMG blown away by this record, but it's really good.

This is the first time I've really enjoyed a Circa Survive album, I got bored with their other stuff, but this is pretty good.

Not sure what to rate it though....

totally agree with willfellmarsy back there.... i stop after #7 or 8... i mean the album just startys to get meh and rub-a-dub after a while and the songwriting isnt as strong in the finish as it is in the end imo. i think the last song is good, but between 8,9,10,11, there's really not a whole lot there.

1,2,5 are the jams. after that, well, this has never really been my thing anyway. ill just stick with emarosa going forward because when it comes down to it, i really only listen to 3 songs on the album which isnt really how i like to listen to my music.

What is "Popular Albums" based on? I thought it was digs, but this only has like 50 while Deftones has 80 something.

Just started listening to them after getting this cd from a friend at school. Very original band, really diggin Green's vocals. The guitar work is really atmospheric. This cd is really solid.

Get On Letting Go and Juturna, there's a good chance you will like those even more.
