Oly is mostly just yelling. I found my skramz voice by singing along to the Jonbenet. It's kind of that point where you raise your voice and shift your vocal chords to become shrill and staying in that pocket. It's hard to describe but it's really just a shift in your vocal chords. My lows are just really throaty yells

I just do it by pushing my vocal chords to the point of an extremely heavy sigh and then it gets all growly and death metally. But I want more skramz than death metal, so I should raise it up higher to get it more shrill?

There is a distinct difference in the feeling to a metal scream and a skramz skram. I used to be a melodeath vocalist and when singing in that style, it feels really gravely and the technique to lows and highs are really similar but just shifting pitching. For skramz, imagine you are about to sing falsetto but right before you hit those high notes, you push your throat harder and it enters this sort of shrilly scream. This isn't supposed to sound like a little girl screaming either but the sort of style you find in Orchid, Jonbenet, Fall of Troy, etc
