I went to the Beethovenhaus in Baden bei Wien a few weeks ago before Christmas, and I have been in awe ever since. He wrote this symphony, Missa Solemnis, and his late quartets and piano sonatas there, and being able to see his piano there too was truly incredible.



And there aren't words for this symphony. It's peak music.
