Honestly just feels really inconsistent. The good tracks are great while the rest is just, eh?

Yeah fair, most people have an issue with how this is where they start getting H E A V Y, which would then cause them to overdose on the heavy on the following Iconoclast.



Only tune that really drags for me personally though is "Walls of Babylon," mostly because its build-up and payoff aren't really satisfying for a track that WANTS to be epic but doesn't really have the bones for it.

Honestly the only major difference is the production and I guess less symphonic elements which weren’t that common to begin with honestly. The hooks, riff structures, etc are all the same just a natural evolution. The change in this band is way overstated
